Purchase Order for maintenance of City Plants in December of 2004. She has taken
care of the plants in all of our facilities consisting of an average of 175 plants.
Mrs. Stroud has done an outstanding job maintaining the plants and replacing plants
when needed. She is very professional and at the same time is friendly and easily
